Churches are not state subsidised. We depend on generous giving by members of the church body to pay the clergy and staff, maintain the buildings, run our services and carry out work in the community. Jesus said, “Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.” Luke 6:38

Gift Aid

If you are UK taxpayer we can claim the tax back on your gift which costs you nothing but gives the church an extra 25p for every £1. It’s easy to set up. Just ask one of the Welcome Team for a gift aid form and we will do the rest.

Whether or not you are a taxpayer, these are ways you can give to Anerley Team Ministry

Online Giving

We have an online giving platform which you can use to donate directly here (click the image below):

Envelope Scheme

The envelope scheme helps you to make regular offerings to the church. We will provide you with one envelope for each week of the year and you simply place your offering in the envelope each week.

One-off Gifts

Either let us know that you wish to make a one-off gift and transfer the money to us directly or place cash or a cheque in one of our Gift Aid envelopes if you are a UK taxpayer. If you are not a UK taxpayer you can still make a bank transfer to us or place cash or a cheque into the collection bags on Sundays.

Legacies

Our churches have benefitted from many legacies over the years. These have allowed us, for example, to provide bursaries so that people who couldn’t otherwise afford it to come to events, helped us to upgrade the church facilities so we can offer things like better disabled access and hearing loops and to provide emergency help to local people locally in dire need of food or fuel.

We would really encourage you to consider leaving a gift to Anerley Team Ministry in your will. You can, of course, stipulate what that money might be spent on or you can leave it open. If making a will is too costly for you, there is an annual Will Aid week in November when help will be provided by local solicitors in return for a donation to one of their nominated charities. http://www.willaid.org.uk/
