ATM Mission Statement

To be disciples of Jesus and to make disciples of Jesus; serving the people of Anerley and South East London in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 5:14-16 : “You are the light of the world.  A city on a hill cannot be hidden…Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.”

ATM Vision Statement & Values

To see God’s kingdom advance in the local area and in South East London by being an outward looking and servant hearted Christian community committed to prayer and worship, discipleship and evangelism.

Deuteronomy 11:12-15: “It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.  So if you faithfully obey the commands I am giving you today – to love the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul – then I will send rain on your land in its season…”

Ephesians 3:17-19: “I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge – that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.”

A VISION FOR ANERLEY TEAM MINISTRY

Take off your shoes for you are standing on holy ground. Present yourselves to me as servants that wait upon a king, for I have resolved to bless and lift you up. This is to be the year of lifting up, of raising the head, of expecting the wind of the Spirit. So humble yourselves before me, so that I may lift you up, for this is the time, the time of great blessing.”

I saw a hand holding out a shining gold coin. But the hand that reached out to take it was filthy.

“Wash your hands, so that you can receive what I have for you. You must examine your lives and put away the unclean things, for I am a holy God. There are things within you that are holding back the blessing:
Immorality of the eyes;
Bitterness of the heart;
Slothfulness of the soul,
which cause you to neglect prayer and the reading of my word. If you cleanse yourselves of these things, I will delight your eyes with lovely things, I will bring joy to your heart like rich wine, I will refresh you with mountain streams. And the blessing will burst forth to water the dry land all around you, to awake the souls that sleep and that grieve.”
